I did a lot of research of different places to buy my baby furniture, and I’ve learned that walmart, target, babys r us and baby depot all have the same exact furniture but walmart is the cheapest so I went with walmart, storkcraft brand, plus they have site to store shipping so the shipping is free, you just have to go pick it up at the store, I saved so much money.

Mine is originally from Walmart, but I actually bought it second hand from another couple who never got to use it.
The woman got pregnant and they were so excited that they went out right away and bought a crib (which, I would be so scared to do b/c I think I’d jinx myself). Anyway, she ended up losing the baby @ 12 weeks and later found out that she would probably never be able to carry a baby to term. I feel so bad for her, but that’s how I got my baby furniture.
Just don’t wait too long, I was going to purchase mine directly from Walmart and I kept putting it off and putting it off, then in was out of stock, etc.

IKEA. It’s cheap and very durable. My 2 year is using my 7 year old’s old baby furniture now. So, it’s lasted 9 years so far and still in excellent condition. I was skepical at first because you have to put it together yourself, but I am pleased at how well made it is. I’ve done the Walmart furniture, and found that it just doesn’t last.
For a crib/toddler bed, armoire, and changing table/cabinet we spent under $500.

Be really careful going to Wal*Mart. I say this because they don’t appear to have the ‘man power’ to keep up with recalls on baby furniture.
May I suggest that you sign up for the baby registry at Target and Babies R Us.
We signed up at Babies R Us and I am VERY impressed with the knowledgeable employees that they have on staff. They stay on top of the recalls and you have an option of buying an extended warranty for the large purchases made there. (Approximately $8 per $100 purchase). We bought almost all of our purchases there and the wheel came off of the stroller; a simple clip broke. I thought they would send another clip; but, NO! They sent me a check for the purchase price of the stroller! Wow, it was a combo deal; it was like getting the car seat for free! I am very pleased with the customer service and the patience I have received at the store (and the customer care line).
I did buy a couple items as gifts for others at Burlington Coat Factory’s Baby Depot. They have good clearance sales.
I have seen a few items at Target that were identical to items found at Babies R Us and at a little lower cost. Be sure and sign up here because they will send you a letter offering you 10% off anything listed on your baby registry that was not purchased for you. Simply print out your sheet and purchase the remaining items at the deal price (this includes 10% off sale price as well if your item is on sale.)
Best wishes and sign up in the store for a free baby kit.
** Oh, sign up at Toys R Us, also; they carry the baby furniture too and will give you a store $5 gift certificate too!

I got the armoire and dresser/changing table combo at babies r us. I got them both on sale for an awesome deal.
I think I paid $400 for both! They were originally over $1000 so I felt like a major bargain shopper! lol
I got the babys crib from babee tenda. They are a baby safety company and only make a crib and feeding table.
    I bought both from them.
No recals or baby injuries EVER in 71 years.

I got a beautiful set from Burlington Coat Factory in St. Louis, MO. It is C & T Mason in a pine finish. The employees at Burlington are a pain to deal with but I adore the furniture set. Good luck.

I ordered my crib from target but it ended up being a death trap so I had to get another one. Make sure it’s safe for the baby if you go with wal-mart.
