All of Ikea’s Furniture in general is low to the floor. Everything looks like it’s made for munchikins. I guess you cant complain for the price but it’s not the best quality. It would be easier to but your baby in without waking them up though and once they start climbing out, it would be safer. I would just go with a Wal Mart or Target one. You can get a 3-in-1 convertible crib for about $150-$200. You might also want to check the distance between the bars.
