The special soft, flexible and non absorbent material in LilyPadz conform to your breast for a secure fit, allowing you to wear whatever you like with confidence.Simply place the LilyPadz over your nipple with the tacky side toward your skin. Press the center of the LilyPadz onto the nipple and smooth out over your breast. Just lift off the LilyPadz to nurse your baby and then re-apply after feeding. Don't worry, the mild- adhesive lining is gentle on the skin. Unlike other nursing pads, LilyPadz are continuously usable. Just wash with mild soap and water, rinse well and air dry before re-applying. The process takes only minutes. You can even occasionally sterilize your LilyPadz.
